The method of stewing yuba with peanuts:
1. Soak peanuts in clear water for 4 minutes, pick them up and put them in a pot, add star anise and appropriate amount of water for one hour. Soak mushrooms (small thick mushrooms) in clear water for about an hour, squeeze out the water, remove the pedicels, add 2 grams of white sugar and 5 grams of salad oil, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
2.
