1. Remove the white mucous membrane inside the pig liver. The pig liver is the viscera and the white mucosa will be cleaner. Wash and cut into small strips. Add salt, starch, vinegar, light soy sauce, and stir evenly.
2. Prepare vermicelli and cordyceps flowers. It is best to soak the cordyceps flowers in cold water first.
3. Green vegetables are rich in vitamins. Wash them and cut them into small strips.
4. Heat the pot, add oil, add appropriate amount of water or stock, cover the pot and bring to a boil.
5. After the water boils, add the Cordyceps flowers and vermicelli.
6. Bring to the boil again. It will boil in less than 1 minute. Add the pork liver and wait for the soup to boil.
