The method of salmon and quinoa porridge

Prepare ingredients: salmon 30g, quinoa 5g, baby porridge rice 15g, carrot 10g, wax gourd 12g, and chicken hair 14g.
PS: The amount of these ingredients is not the baby's meal, almost enough for me and my baby to eat together.
Moreover, all the ingredients used in my article are not necessarily used. You can choose two or three ingredients that the baby is not allergic to, depending on the baby's stomach and intestines.
I used red quinoa this time. Generally, white quinoa is more common and tastes better. However, the nutritional value of red quinoa will be higher, the content of protein is about 22%, and that of white quinoa is about 16%.

It is best to soak quinoa one night in advance and put it in the refrigerator.

Some babies may not like the fishy smell of salmon, so it's best to marinate it with lemon for about 10 minute, and steam the marinated salmon in a steamer for 7-10 minute until it is completely steamed.

Take out the steamed salmon and crush it with a spoon.
PS: Be careful when handling this step. Any residual fishbone must be picked out to prevent the fishbone from getting stuck in the baby. You can check it again carefully with disposable gloves on your hands to see if there are any residual fishbones.

Wash the chickpea, pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot to boil, and put the chickpea into the pot and blanch it 1 min.
PS: To deal with such green leafy vegetables, the step of blanching must be indispensable. It can remove the residual pesticides and nitrite on the surface of vegetables.

PS: After blanching, it is best to put the vegetables in cold water. The purpose of cold water is to stop heating and keep the green color of the vegetables.

Put a proper amount of water in the pot, and cook quinoa and baby porridge rice together.
PS: I used15g of baby porridge rice and 5g of quinoa, and added about 500ml of water. Usually, porridge is cooked in a small soup pot. When the pot is not covered, the water evaporates quickly, so it is necessary to add more water.

Keep stirring when cooking to avoid burning the pot.

When cooking for 20 minutes, add shredded wax gourd and shredded carrot and stir well. Continue cooking for 5 minutes until all ingredients are cooked.
PS: The porridge was almost cooked when it was cooked for 20 minutes. Because the wax gourd and carrots were raw, I cooked it for another 5 minutes or so. I always cook for 25 minutes, because the porridge rice I use is easier to cook than the rice I usually eat at home, so the cooking time is relatively short. If you want to cook for a while with ordinary rice, make sure that all the ingredients are cooked thoroughly.

Add minced salmon, stir well and cook a little.
