4. Check the maturity of the dragon fruit. We press the skin of the dragon fruit with our hands. If it is extremely hard, it means it is not yet ripe. If it is extremely soft, it means it is overripe, and neither tastes good. It is best to choose the ones with moderate hardness and softness, and the taste will be relatively better.
