Ingredients:
2 eggs, 16g milk, 20g sugar, 28g gluten flour, lemon juice
Practice:
1, egg yolks with milk whisked together, sifted into the gluten flour whisked together
2, egg whites with lemon juice, add sugar in three parts and whipped to a small pointy shape
3, take one-third of the meringue to the egg yolk batter cut and mix well, then pour back into the remaining meringue and mix well
4, preheated pan, squeeze the batter into the batter, pour the rest of the batter and flip it well.
