Mixed flour:
Ingredients: pumpkin 200g, flour 50g, sugar15g, a little olive oil or cooking oil, sesame;

4. Bake the cake on the baking tray for about 180 degrees/10- 15 minutes.
Tip: because the amount of oil used is reduced, it is not as soft and glutinous as fried, and the taste is tough and chewy.
Two kinds of mixed glutinous rice flour
Ingredients: pumpkin 200g, glutinous rice flour100g, fine sugar 25g.
Practice: 1. Slice the net pumpkin, put it in a pot, boil it and steam it for 8 minutes.
2. Take out the rolling pin from the container and make it into mud. Add fine sugar and stir well.
3. Add glutinous rice flour, knead it into dough, and divide it into 10 extruder to flatten it into cakes.
4. Put a proper amount of cooking oil into the pot and turn on a small fire.
5. Put the pumpkin pie into the pot and fry until it is slightly yellow. Turn to the other side and fry on both sides.
