2, mushroom blanching method:
(1) First, rinse the straw mushrooms with water briefly, cut or tear them according to the cooking needs.
(2) Boil a pot of water and put two or three spoons of salt in the water, while preparing a basin of clean cold water. When the water in the pot comes to a boil pour in the straw mushrooms, scald them a little, roll them and then lift them into the cold water without waiting until the water in the pot comes to a boil again.
(3) When the water in the pot is boiling again, take the mushrooms out of the cold water, put them into the boiling water, blanch them a little, roll them and put them into the cold water, and then you can use them to cook when they are cool.
