How to make steamed pork cubes with potatoes
Materials
Tenderloin (pork belly), potatoes, eggs, flour, cornstarch, pepper powder, five-spice powder, fresh Chili powder, old ginger, cooking wine, dark soy sauce
Method
1. Wash and slice the tenderloin, fluff it with a knife, pour in the cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Peel and slice the potatoes, place them on a plate, and sprinkle with a small amount of salt.
3. Heat the wok over low heat, add flour, pepper powder (a small amount), five-spice powder (a small amount), and fresh chili powder (a small amount) and stir-fry until the flour changes color, then turn off the heat.
