What is rubber accelerator DM and what is its function?
Rubber accelerator refers to rubber vulcanization accelerator. Rubber vulcanization is mainly carried out by sulfur, but the reaction between sulfur and rubber is very slow, so vulcanization accelerators came into being. The accelerator added to the rubber compound can promote the activation of vulcanizing agent, thus accelerating the cross-linking reaction between vulcanizing agent and rubber molecules, and achieving the effects of shortening vulcanization time and reducing vulcanization temperature. According to the chemical structure, the main vulcanization accelerators are sulfenamide, thiazole and Qiu Lan, and some guanidine, thiourea and dithiocarbamates. Among them, sulfenamides have the best comprehensive properties and are widely used.

Rubber accelerator is the aftereffect accelerator of natural rubber, cis-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and reclaimed rubber. It is usually used to manufacture cables, adhesive tapes, rubber shoes, inner tubes, colorful products, etc., especially suitable for carbon black compound with strong alkalinity. Safe at operating temperature, strong scorch resistance, fast vulcanization speed and high tensile strength, which can increase the use ratio of synthetic rubber. Low toxicity and high efficiency, it is an ideal substitute for NOBS, and has excellent comprehensive performance, so it is called standard accelerator. Widely used in radial tire production. It can be used together with aldehyde amine, guanidine and Qiu Lan accelerator, and when used together with anti-coking agent PVI, it forms a good vulcanization system. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes and cables.
