Marinade: 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp hot soy sauce, 2 tbsp oil, pinch of pepper, pinch of chicken essence.
Seasoning: 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, salt to taste, pinch of aquafaba powder, pinch of eggplant juice, chopped green onion, pinch of water, pinch of black pepper.
1. My choice of ingredients are, fresh soy sauce, garlic, ginger, onion, black pepper, and then some red wine in it, so that the beef through the flavor of red wine, and finally repeatedly turn down the steak, so that the surface of the marinade are covered with ingredients.
2. Marinate the steak for 20-40 minutes, the longer the marinade, the more flavorful, there are many choices of marinade materials, according to the different tastes you can choose.
3. Use minced garlic, minced ginger, half a bowl of Sriracha soy sauce, half a cup of red wine, a little honey, a little chili powder and black pepper, and blend into a sauce to marinate the steak in it for about 2 hours. If you have time to prepare it ahead of time, you can wrap the steak in plastic wrap after it has been soaked in the juice and place it in the refrigerator overnight, then make it the next day for even better results.
4. Marinade for steak at home; steak (about 350g), 1 red bell pepper shredded, ? onion shredded, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 green bell pepper shredded.
5. Melt the butter and add the onion first, sauté it and fish out the onion, if you like onions you can put them under the plate.
6. Then put the steak, fried to both sides white, basically good, if you like to eat a little tender, do not fry too long.
