Materials:
1000g of fried diaozi fish. 1 stick of cilantro. 1 tsp salt, 2 slices ginger, 3 large bowls of water, 1 tbsp corn oil, small onions.
How to do:
1. Clean and drain the dorado, heat a pan, then fry the dorado. Pour 1 tbsp corn oil into the pan, add the ginger slices and pop the aroma.
2. Pour the baby fish into the pan, gently shake the pan so that the baby fish do not stain the pan, then take the baby fish out and put it on a plate for use.
3. Keep the heat on high for about 1 minute, then pour 3 large bowls of water into the pan, then add the oil and put the fried fish in.
4. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, then turn down the heat and simmer.
5. Add 1 tsp salt, add parsley and cilantro to taste. A pot of fresh sweet and flavorful small fish soup is ready.
