Chicken wings (300g), Coke (500ml)
Vegetable oil (right amount), soy sauce (right amount), ginger (right amount), onion (right amount), sesame (right amount)
method of work
1. Wash the chicken wings, and cut the front and back with an oblique knife a few times to make them taste better.
2. Add water to the pot, add onion and ginger, pour chicken wings, cook on fire until the chicken wings are bloodless, remove and drain.
3. Heat the wok and pour in the vegetable oil.
4. After the oil is hot, pour in the chicken wings and fry until both sides turn yellow.
5. Pour in soy sauce and cola, preferably without chicken wings.
6. After the fire is boiled, turn to a small fire and slowly collect the juice. Turn off the fire, put on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds (decoration).
