1. Tendon bleeds first.
2. Put the bloody tendon in the rice cooker, add 1: 4 brine, which is one part of Lee Kum Kee brine juice, and add four parts of boiling water. Press the soup button for two hours, and just turn it over with chopsticks a few times in the middle. Add ginger at the same time.
3. After two hours, the beef tendon can be taken out and cooled.
