Soak the cherries in salted water for half an hour, drain the water, add 1/5 of the white sugar or rock sugar, pour in the right amount of white wine, seal and store in a cool environment, wait for about a week, filter, and then fill the bottle.
4. prune wine
Choose fresh prunes and soak them in salt water for half an hour, rinse them with clean water and drain them well, put them into a glass container, add the right amount of rock sugar and white wine, seal and store them in a dry and cool environment, and drink them after a week.
5. Blueberry Wine
Gently wash the blueberries, drain the water, put the blueberries into a wide-mouthed glass container, add 1/5 of the white sugar or rock sugar, and then pour white wine to the blueberries to submerge, sealed and stored for 2 months. To drink, you need to strain the fruit wine through a filter before drinking.
6. Mulberry Wine
Tip the fresh mulberries, soak them in water for 10 minutes, drain them, mash them into juice, put them into a container, put water and mulberry juice into a pot, heat it up to remove the surface impurities, then put it into a fermentation tank, add white wine, and seal it up for 3 days before you drink it.
7. Lychee Wine
Peel the lychee, put it into a clean, wide-mouthed glass container, add 1/8 of the rock sugar and white wine, fill it up to 8 minutes, and then seal it up and store it in a cool environment, and drink it in a week or so. If you want a more flavorful lychee wine, you can store it for a longer period of time.

9. apricot wine

10. Peach Wine
Soak peaches in salted water, remove fine hairs from the skins, remove the pits, cut the pulp into chunks, put them in a container, screw the lid tightly, and leave them in a cool environment for a day. Add Chinese white wine and wine yeast, add rock sugar after 3 days and seal the cap for 3 months before drinking.
