2. Practice:
(1) Boil the bacon for half an hour, then slice it for later use.
(2) Soak the dried bamboo shoots in advance.
(3) Cut the green garlic and pepper into sections for later use.
(4) Take the oil pan, saute the dried peppers, and put the bacon in the pan and stir fry for a while.
(5) Add dried bamboo shoots and stir fry evenly.
