Jinkou River South Station is located in Elephant Peak Village, Jinkouhe District, Public Security Yi Autonomous County, Leshan City, Sichuan Province, with a floor area of about 2,971 square meters, three floors above ground and a building height of about 24 meters. It is a small passenger station building. This station building standing in the countryside is small in size but difficult to build. The station is built on a hill, facing the water, neighboring the river in front and the mountainous terrain at the back. It rides vertically on the existing rural roads in the area, with the main body of the station suspended above the ground. From a distance, it looks like a "footstool".

In order to ensure that the project construction goes smoothly and on schedule, the construction unit overcame the difficulties of a narrow construction site, a large difference in elevation, and a wide working area at height. In response to the complex geological conditions at the site and the harsh weather of the western Sichuan Plateau, they have strengthened the control of the construction process and personnel management, adopted a number of new construction technologies, and properly solved the various problems encountered in the construction.
