300g of cornmeal, 200g of all-purpose flour, 40g of sugar, 3g of baking powder, 2g of yeast, and 400g of water.
Methods
1, put all the ingredients into a pot, 400g of water do not pour all at once, while pouring and stirring, until it becomes a thicker batter.
2. Pour the batter directly into a steamer lined with a drawer cloth, cover the pot and let it ferment for about an hour until it doubles in size.
