1. Remove a little of the heads and tails from both ends of the harvested cowpeas, and wash away the soil and residue with water.
2. Then use a pot to boil a pot of water. The amount of water depends on the amount of cowpeas.
3. Put the washed tender cowpeas into boiling water and use chopsticks to turn them over so that the cowpeas are scalded in the boiling water and change color. Turn over several times.
4. Finally, quickly fish out the cowpeas and hang the long cowpeas on the clothes rack one by one. This makes it easier to dry.
5. Put it in the sun to dry. Take it out to dry in the morning, take it home at night, and dry it in 3 days.
