1. Ingredients: One pound of buckwheat, 2 taels of millet and pepper, one spoonful of raw salt (coarse salt), three or four cloves of garlic, one spoonful of white wine, and a small piece of ginger.
2. Prepare buckwheat.
3. Peel off the dry skin and roots of the buckwheat heads.
4. Prepare chili peppers, wash and remove the stems.
5. Drain the washed buckwheat heads and peppers. If you are in a hurry, you can also use paper towels to absorb the water.
6. Chop the pepper, ginger and garlic.
7. Stir the chili, minced ginger, garlic and scallops evenly, add a spoonful of coarse salt and mix well.
8. Then add a spoonful of white wine.
9. Stir evenly.
