Practice of ribs on New Year's Eve

1. Spiced pork ribs

Wash the ribs, drain the water, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, add a little salt and sugar, add black pepper, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, add half a spoon of soy sauce, add 3 tablespoons of corn starch, marinate evenly 1 hour, and add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.

8. Spicy ribs
