Ten minutes
When boiling crabs, make sure you put them in cold water so the legs don't come off easily. Because crabs grow in silt, they tend to carry some toxins in their bodies. To prevent these pathogenic microorganisms from invading the body, be sure to steam and cook the crabs thoroughly when eating them. Depending on the size of the crab, it is appropriate to boil the water and then cook for 8-10 minutes. The meat is well-cooked but not too rotten.
1. A plate of aged vinegar with shredded ginger for dipping crab meat and yolk;
2. If you call for a pot of warm fine wine, it will add flavor;
3. A glass of lemonade and a warm towel to wash off the crabs from your hands;
4. A cup of ginger tea after the meal will drive away the dampness and heat of the crabs and also help digestion.
