Tools/materials: pork liver, pepper, red pepper, vegetable oil, cooking wine, starch, salt, soy sauce, water, colander, wok and shovel.
1. Soak the pork liver in cold water for about half an hour, gently rub it with your hands several times and change the water twice.
2. First cut the pork liver into thick strips, then slice it, then rinse it with cold water, remove it and control the dry water with hedges, pour in a little cooking wine, starch and a little salt, and knead it evenly.
3. Pour a little oil into the wok, circle the green and red peppers into the wok, stir-fry for 1 min, and take out for later use.
4. Pour the oil into the wok, heat the wok to let the oil cool, fry the liver slices directly in the wok, and pour in the right amount of soy sauce.
5. After the liver slices are colored, put the green and red peppers into the pot, stir-fry for 10 second, and mix well.
