Generally speaking, the cooking time for hairy arks is about 5-8 minutes or so, depending on the freshness and size of the arks, or you can also take out and eat them by boiling them and then cooking them along a low flame for about 10 minutes.
Before cooking the cockles, it is recommended to clean the cockles and remove the sediment. During the cooking process, you can add appropriate amount of wine and ginger to remove the fishy odor of the cockles.
