Whole seed black seeds are rich in nutrients. The simplest way to make it is to pull out a piece of plastic-like material from the cartilage on the back, then blanch it in boiling water for 30 minutes and stir-fry before putting it on a plate. Make sure it is cooked thoroughly and the nutrients are not lost. Ensure the freshness of taste. Then put the horseradish into a small bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of seafood soy sauce, sprinkle a small handful of black and white sesame seeds, stir well, and you are ready to eat.
Note: Whole-seed Ziwu is different from ordinary Wutonghua. Do not disembowel it, otherwise the losses will be great when blanching.
Another way to eat: Braised black glutinous rice with seeds in soy sauce
1. Add cooking wine, ginger, onion, garlic, salt, seasoning, and Sichuan peppercorns, marinate for 30 minutes and set aside.
2. Heat the salad oil in the pot until it is 50% hot, add the ziwu and fry until cooked, then pick it up, raise the oil temperature and fry again until golden brown, pick it up and pour it out. Ready to serve.
Note: Depending on the local flavor, it can be served with or without any sauce. If you need to change the flavor, you can also add salted egg yolk and fry after frying the ziwu to make Jinsha ziwu with good color and aroma.
