Whole seed black seeds are rich in nutrients. Note: Whole-seed Ziwu is different from ordinary Wutonghua. Do not disembowel it, otherwise the losses will be great when blanching.

1. Add cooking wine, ginger, onion, garlic, salt, seasoning, and Sichuan peppercorns, marinate for 30 minutes and set aside.

Note: Depending on the local flavor, it can be served with or without any sauce. If you need to change the flavor, you can also add salted egg yolk and fry after frying the ziwu to make Jinsha ziwu with good color and aroma.
