White porcelain cups (bowls) or transparent glass cups
Water requirements: drinking water (natural alkaline spring water is better), avoid high concentrations of bleaching powder or iron, strontium and other metal ions.
Steps/Methods

Note
1, high-quality black buckwheat tea brass content of 1% -5%, if the water, cups, tea utensils contain more iron, strontium and other metal ions, after brewing the tea may turn gray, black.
2, brass + aluminum or copper ions = yellow
3, brass + iron or strontium ions = gray-green, gray-black stale precipitate
