Practice steps
Jiangmai noodles and rice noodles according to the ratio of 1:1, add warm water and make a dough without dry noodles.
Knead the dough smoothly and roll it into long strips, make sure to wrap the dumplings while they are still hot, so that the dumplings are more delicious. Cut the noodles into small pieces, not too big, small is better, wrapped up thin skin delicious.
Pinch the skin thin, put the purple potato filling in the center, and pinch the dumplings tightly according to the method of wrapping buns.
Place the dumplings on a plate, put water in the pot, and bring it to a boil.
After the water boils, add the dumplings, and while cooking, make sure to stir gently with a spoon or chopsticks to avoid sticking to the pot.
Soup dumplings floating up inside the water is cooked, you can put into the bowl, on the table to eat.
