Ingredients:
Pork skin, soybean sprouts, rice vinegar, onions, and garlic.
Method:
1. Wash the meat skin, be sure to remove the remaining meat and pig hair, throw it into a pot of cold water, add some cooking wine, a few drops of rice vinegar, green onions and garlic. A little until the meat skin is cooked and can be pierced with chopsticks, then take it out, let it cool, and cut it into thin strips like bean sprouts;
2. Boil the pot, add a few peppercorns, a clove of aniseed, and some garlic. Slice it, stir-fry until fragrant, remove all the spices, add the pork skin and bean sprouts and stir-fry. You can add a few drops of light soy sauce and a little sugar. After a minute or two, add salt and chicken essence before taking it out of the pot and put it on a plate.
