Ingredients:

Pork skin, soybean sprouts, rice vinegar, onions, and garlic.

Method:

1. Wash the meat skin, be sure to remove the remaining meat and pig hair, throw it into a pot of cold water, add some cooking wine, a few drops of rice vinegar, green onions and garlic.
