2) Cut the cantaloupe into thick slices and break the eggs.
3) Add proper amount of flour, black pepper, salt and water into the egg liquid and stir it into a batter, with no particles inside.
4) Roll the pumpkin slices into the batter and fry them with an electric baking pan.
5) After the electric baking pan is preheated, coat it with a layer of oil, fry the pumpkin slices for three minutes and then turn over.
6) Turn over and fry for three minutes before cooking.
