Mushroom Chicken Rice Noodles
Ingredients: rice noodles for one person, 10 dried mushrooms, chicken breast 200g
Bone broth 1 small bowl
Seasonings: green onion, ginger, garlic, cilantro, bean paste, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce, white pepper, chicken essence
Practice:
1.1. 1 hour ahead of time, soak in warm water, mushroom in advance of soaking, softened and washed. After soaking for a while, keep the water of soaking mushrooms, cut into cubes
2. Heat the oil and put 1 tablespoon of bean paste stir fry red oil, add chicken breast stir fry until over raw
Add onion, ginger and garlic stir fry, add mushrooms stir fry
3. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine + 2 tablespoons of soy sauce + ? tablespoon of soya sauce + 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce + 1 tablespoon of sweet noodle sauce for seasoning, add the appropriate amount of warm water and mushrooms to boil to a small fire to cook for 5 minutes to collect the juice
4. Put the heated bone broth in the bowl, a little white pepper, chicken essence, put the boiled rice noodles, add the mushroom and diced chicken marinade, cilantro
Tips:
Bone broth do not need to put too much, or the flavor of the rice noodles will be relatively light
