Degreasing method of original pulp of Fenjiu head tank
The method to reduce the protoplasm degree of Fenjiu Touhu is to blend protoplasm wines with different degrees. Different degrees of puree wine are blended with each other to reduce the degree, which is called blended wine. Degreasing degree of puree wine can only be obtained by blending wine, and cannot be directly treated with water. In the process of distillation, the original pulp wine produced by solid-state fermentation has different degrees in different rounds. Generally speaking, the high degree is about 64 degrees, the low degree is 20 degrees, and the so-called wine is a little bit. Under normal circumstances, after adding water to the original pulp, emulsion will be formed due to the existence of a large number of lipid substances, which is one of the important methods to distinguish original pulp wine from non-original pulp wine. So the degree of decline can only be the harmony between protoplasmic wine and Dionysus. In essence, the blending of water (and plasticizer) and edible alcohol is not the original pulp, but the blended wine.
