1. Grilled lamb chops with honey sauce

Method

2. Roll the lamb chops from the thinner end into a round shape and secure with toothpicks. Place on a baking sheet, pour the ingredients in step 1, cover and place in the refrigerator, freeze for 1 to 2 hours, turning the lamb chops occasionally.
3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside. Cut the carrots and red bell peppers into shreds and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Then add the green onions and corn shoots and blanch them in the boiling water for about 2 minutes, or until all the vegetables become soft and crispy. 4. Preheat the grill. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and place them about 15cm from the heat source. Determine baking time based on personal preference. Tips
Wrapping the lamb chops in tin foil can ensure that the moisture is not lost during baking.
