Usually, when linseed oil is used for cooking, the oil temperature must be controlled. It is generally suitable to be between 70 and 80 degrees, while the maximum temperature for frying food can reach about 150 degrees. If the oil temperature is higher, linseed oil will be accompanied by the formation or decomposition of other substances. Therefore, when we cook, the temperature of flaxseed oil should not exceed 80 degrees Celsius during the heating process.
