Tenderloin 1 00g, young ginger 1 50g, sweet pepper 1 50g, seasoning: 2 tbsp oil, fresh and spicy cloves 1 tbsp (recommended for Chuanlaohui brand), water starch1tbsp, sesame oil/kloc-0.
method of work
1. Shred tenderloin, add fresh and spicy petals, water starch and cooking wine, mix well, then pour sesame oil on it, and let it stand 10 minute.
2. Cut ginger and sweet pepper into shreds for later use.
3. After the oil pan is heated, stir-fry the shredded pork quickly until the color turns slightly white, stir-fry the ginger for half a minute, and finally stir-fry the sweet pepper for half a minute to get out of the pan.
Tips:
1. When mixing meat, the sesame oil is poured at last to lock the moisture in the meat and make it tender, and other oils such as olive oil can be used instead.
2. The heating time of ginger and sweet pepper should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the crisp taste.
