1. Wash the purple beans, and break them into 2~3 sections by hand according to the length of the beans.
2. Pork belly is cut into 2 ~ 3mm thick slices.
3. Put a little vegetable oil into the pork belly when the pot is hot, and slowly stir-fry the fat in the meat.
4. Cook the cooking wine along the edge of the pot, and then add the onion and ginger to stir fry.
5. Add purple beans and stir fry until the purple beans are soft.
6. Pour in two kinds of soy sauce and pepper powder and fry 1 min.
7. Add hot water in the same amount as the usual stew.
8. Stew for a while on medium and small fire, and add salt when the water is half.
9. Then collect the soup from the fire, turn off the fire, and be sure to leave some soup. Bibimbap is delicious.
