Tong Sandi's carved cooking wine is made from glutinous rice and other grains as raw materials, high-quality wheat as starter, and lake water in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces as brewing water through ancient methods. According to the different storage time, Huadiao wine can be further divided into three years, five years, or even decades. The longer the time, the better the wine.
Judging from the preparation of raw materials, Tai Diao is made by blending yellow wine with good wine, while Flower Diao is made of glutinous rice according to the ancient method.
