Method to make Cornmeal Mixed Buns<

Mix the cornmeal, flour, warm water, yeast and sugar, and stir to form a floury shape

Knead into a smooth dough

Place in a warm place to ferment for about 1 hour, to double its original size. The time depends on your temperature, it is not absolute, and you should mainly observe the state of the dough to judge whether it is ready or not.

Take out the dough, exhaust it, knead it well, divide it into equal parts of the same size, and roll it out.
