Practice steps:
1.? Prepare squid, wash and tear off the skin.
2.? Boil water in the pot, add a little spiced powder and a little soy sauce, and it will be fragrant. After the water is boiled, put the squid in the pot and blanch for two minutes.
3.? Then take out the squid, rinse it with water, cut it into appropriate sizes and string it with bamboo sticks.
4.? After that, onion, ginger and garlic are cut into pieces.
5.? Prepare a bowl, add half a bowl of salad oil, ginger, onion and garlic, then add two spoonfuls of hot sauce, salt, chicken essence, sesame seeds, cumin powder and a little soy sauce, and then adjust the sauce.
6. Heat the pot, drain the squid and put it in the hot pot, then remove the excess water, press the squid with a spatula where it can't touch the bottom of the pot, and fry both sides (no oil is added here).
7.? Then brush the sauce evenly on each squid, press it with a spatula and take it out in two or three minutes.
