2. If other third-party software can be used normally, only this software cannot possibly have compatibility problems with the mobile phone system.
3. The software can't be installed normally due to the lack of memory in the mobile phone. It is suggested that you move the multimedia files stored in the mobile phone to an external SD card to expand the memory space of the mobile phone and then try to install it again.
4. Unknown source is not turned on: Set-Security-Unknown source check box, and then try to reinstall;
5. Try to install after updating the mobile phone system version.
6. Back up mobile phone data (phone book, SMS, multimedia files, etc.) and restore factory settings.
7. If the problem remains, send the mobile phone to the nearest Samsung service center for testing and further processing.
