Suitable for monthly age: 12m
1. Ingredients:
Steak (Sirloin) 100g, purple 80g onions, 50g mushrooms, 200g tomatoes, 40g cheese, 140g cooked rice, appropriate amount of walnut oil.
2. Steps:
1. Use kitchen paper to absorb the blood from the beef, remove the fascia, cut into small pieces and beat into puree.
2. Peel and wash the stems of mushrooms, cut into thin slices and set aside. Peel and chop onions and set aside. Chop cheese and set aside.
3. Cut the tomatoes into crosses, blanch them in boiling water for 10 minutes, remove the skin, cut into small pieces and set aside. Pour an appropriate amount of walnut oil into the pan, add the tomatoes and stir-fry over medium heat until the juices come out. Stir-fry the onions and mushrooms for two minutes until they are completely soft. Then stir-fry the beef for three minutes until the beef is completely brown.
4. Finally, add the rice and stir-fry evenly before taking it out of the pan. Put the fried rice into a baking bowl, sprinkle with a little grated cheese, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Just melt the cheese.
5. If you don’t have an oven, you can stir-fry the rice, then sprinkle the cheese directly into the pot, cover and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, then melt it.
3. Secret preparation essentials:
1. The size of the ingredients is determined according to the baby’s swallowing ability.
2. Choose original cheese instead of processed cheese.
3. For older babies, you can add an appropriate amount of salt or black pepper to taste.
