Mimosa, also known as the grass that knows shame, the grass that calls for drinking and the grass that fears ugliness, is a perennial herb of Mimosaceae, clustered, up to 1 m high, with barbed and inverted bristles. When the leaves are touched, they close and droop, showing shame. The flowering period is 3- 10 month, which is small and reddish.
