Wash the shoots at the top of the wild peas to be cooked, add the blending oil to the wok and put more oil. Wild peas are very greasy. Usually, when the oil temperature rises to 70%, add garlic, stir fry until garlic overflows, add pea seedlings, and stir fry quickly for 20 or 30 seconds on high fire. However, you can also add a few drops of white wine to cook and stir-fry delicious bean sprouts, then add a proper amount of salt, monosodium glutamate and a small amount of white sugar to hang them fresh, and put them into the pot to become delicious seasonal vegetables.
After cleaning and chopping the wild pea seedlings, mix them with oil and other seasonings, and finally add some salt (mix the oil first and then add salt so that the stuffing will not come out) to make vegetarian stuffing jiaozi.
