Step 8:
Repeat step 5 to draw the surrounding border, and use the "Color Picker" to set the foreground and background colors. And use the "Gradient Tool" to fill with color.
Step 9:
Repeat step 5 to draw the surrounding border and add the foreground color, use the "Eyedropper Tool" to select the color, and the "Brush" - "Aperture" option to select the background Blend to create a lighting effect
Step 10:
Select the text material that needs to be added and adjust the position to complete.
