Practice steps
1. Soak glutinous rice in water for 3-5 hours, take it out and drain it;
2. Dice the pork belly and then chop it into mud;
3. Add salt, soy sauce and white pepper to the meat sauce, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes to taste;
4. Cut water chestnut and onion into fine powder;
5. Put the minced water chestnut and scallion into the marinated meat sauce, add egg white and raw flour, and stir well;
6. Squeeze out the meatballs and wrap the outer layer with glutinous rice;
7. After the water is boiled, put the meatballs into a steamer and steam them on high fire for 15 ~ 20 minutes;
8. Sprinkle chopped green onion before cooking.
