Ingredients: 300g corn flour, proper amount of red dates, 5g yeast, 4 eggs, 250ml milk and proper amount of water.
Step 1: Put eggs, corn flour and yeast into a clean container.
Step 2: Add 250ml milk and appropriate amount of water to the batter to make it as thick as ordinary yogurt.
Step 3, ferment in a warm place for 40 minutes. I chose to use the steaming oven fermentation function (highly recommended).
Step 4: Cut the red dates into pieces during fermentation, and decide the dosage according to taste preference. I like the taste of red dates, so I cut a lot.
Step 5: After the fermentation, pour in the diced red dates, stir them evenly, and exhaust the gas during the fermentation.
Step 6: The steaming oven is preheated to 100, and then steamed for 30 minutes. After boiling water in the steamer, steam for about 40 minutes.
Step seven, get out of the oven! Pure corn flour will taste stronger, but it has a unique corn flavor! Healthy, oil-free, sugar-free and burden-free!
