20021June 10, Luo yonglun, a team from Shenzhen Huada Institute of Life Sciences, Qingdao Huada Institute of Genetics and Youth-European Institute of Advanced Life Sciences, published a research article entitled "A Whole RNA Editing Landscape of Pig Brain" in the journal of Communication Biology, with Dr. Huang as the first author and a correspondent with * * *. This study reports the first fine RNA editing map of pig brain tissue in the world, which is an important supplement to the RNA editing map of mammalian central nervous system, provides an important reference for the study of nervous system diseases based on pigs, and also provides new clues for understanding the post-transcriptional modification mechanism.

This study relies on Shenzhen National Gene Bank to complete bioinformatics analysis.
