Ingredients
Slightly shredded green onion
Slightly shredded ginger
Intentionally two petals
Steamed fish edamame beans 2 teaspoons
Oil 5 ml
Slightly peppercorns

How to do it
First, marinate the fish in the cooking wine and salt for 30 minutes.
When the water boils, steam it in a pot for 8 minutes. Remove and pour off the water in the pan.
Add shredded green onion and ginger, and pour in the steamed edamame, being careful, make sure to pour it against the side, not directly on the fish.
Continue steaming on the pan for 5 minutes.
Add oil to the pot, heat it up, add a few peppercorns, and when the peppercorns turn black, turn off the heat.
On the steamed fish, put a little cilantro, then pour the hot oil on it, ok.
Tips
Don't pour the steamed fish edamame directly on the fish.
Don't put the green onion and ginger first.
