Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, a handful of scallops, 2 kg of clams (the larger one), 2 slices of ginger, 2 onions, 4 slices of tomato sauce, and appropriate amount of wet starch.
Practice: 1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces (one into eight pieces) for use. Wash the scallops with clear water, then put them into a pot, add water, ginger slices and onion segments, and simmer into a slightly white soup.
2. Put the cut tomatoes in the soup. After the fire boils, take the tomato skin out of the soup. Turn down the fire and continue to simmer.
3. After the tomatoes in the pot are soft and rotten, add the clams to the soup (note that the clams need to be soaked in water for half a day after they are bought home, so that the sand in the clams can be used). When the clam opens its mouth, it picks out its shell.
4. Add tomato sauce (preferably the sour one, which is good in BB, Taiwan Province Province) and salt to the soup, add starch to thicken it after boiling, and finally sprinkle shallots in the soup.
This soup is sour and sweet, which is very suitable for drinking wine and has the effect of hangover! Friends who like drinking can try it.
