I have also eaten zongzi with chestnut flavor. It's really super sweet, because if I meet fried chestnuts on the street, I must buy them. It is delicious. I thought that the chestnut-flavored zongzi would not be delicious, but it was ok after eating, and it was really delicious when I ate it for the second time. Chestnuts are already soft in zongzi. I think chestnuts have been blended with glutinous rice. The thick taste of chestnuts has penetrated into glutinous rice, and the fragrance is overflowing.

Personally, I don't like salty zongzi, such as fresh meat zongzi. Some people say this is our traditional zongzi, but we really don't have it here!
