What is Snowberry?

Snowberry is one of Japan's most authentic desserts, named after the local lady who invented it. It is a white, soft and sticky dessert, with a smooth icy skin and a creamy, light butter inside, wrapped in delicious fruits, sweet and sour, with a rich flavor.

How to make chiffonade:
