Tools/Materials: Tea cups, Mao Feng tea and hot water.
1, warm the cup, and pour in boiling water accounting for about14 of the cup. The water temperature can be slightly higher, and 90~95℃ is appropriate, because the higher the water temperature, the more favorable it is to stimulate the tea fragrance.
2. Pour in 2~3g of non-green dry tea, pick up the cup and shake it counterclockwise, usually 5 or 6 times.
3, fixed-point high impact, so that the tea leaves roll to release substances. The water temperature of high-pressure brewing can be lower than that of shaking incense, and about 80℃ is enough. Generally, you can shake the incense by opening the lid and cooling it.
Matters needing attention in brewing Maofeng tea:
The most important thing to make tea is to master the proportion of tea. If you don't grasp this ratio well, the tea you make will be bad. Because the ratio between them will directly affect the taste and color of tea soup. In general, the ratio of Huangshan Mao Feng tea to water should be around 1:80, and it is best to brew it in a white porcelain teacup.
The water temperature of brewing Huangshan Mao Feng should not be too high, so we should master the water temperature. Because Huangshan Mao Feng is a kind of green tea, the brewed tea soup should be light green, bright and fresh, so the water temperature should be controlled at 80-90℃ when brewing. If the water temperature is too high, it is easy to soak tea and lose its original fragrance and taste.
